- The operator and Administrator of personal data in the online service available at https://kompotcafe.pl (hereinafter: “the Website”) is the company WKW Worsztynowicz Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (the owner of the Kompot Cafe brand), registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000437882.

2. Characteristics of Data Processing in the Website
- The kompotcafe.pl website is of a purely informational nature.
- A visit to the Website does not require the User to provide any personal data. The Website does not contain contact forms, a comment system, a newsletter, or the ability to create a user account.

- Browsing the Website involves sending queries to the server provided by the hosting company LH.pl Sp. z o.o., where the website is stored.

- Request deletion of data or restriction of its processing;
- Object to processing based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator;
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland, if the User considers that the processing of their data violates the GDPR regulations.
7. Changes to the Privacy Policy
- The policy may be updated in the event of legal changes or technical modifications in the operation of the Website.
